How to make Dhaba Style Egg Curry Recipe - Dhaba Style Egg Curry
To make curry curry, first make the oil in the kadai. Put dry red chilies in it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. After cooling, put it in a mixer grinder and grind it. Keep aside
Now put a little more oil in a bowl. Add turmeric powder and boiled eggs in it. Take the floor from all sides and keep it aside.
Now heat the oil in a bowl. In it, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida, sharp leaves, large cardamom, cardamom and long casts.
After 20 seconds, add red pepper paste and let it cook for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds, add finely chopped onions and let them cook till they become soft.
After softening, put ginger paste on lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
After 3 to 4 minutes, add tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes. Add yogurt and some water after 5 minutes.
Mix well, cover the pan and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. After cooking, add eggs to it and mix it. Garnish with green coriander and heat hot.
